How are items and supermarkets suggested to me - is it customized or tailored to my preferences/location?
Items and supermarkets are suggested to you are based your prefered supermarkets, your shopping history, and what similar users had liked. Everything is kept annyomous so no need to worry about your privacy!
How do I reach out if there are issues regarding my order/ employee misconduct?
Use our customer service line or email us regarding issues pertaining to your order or one of our employees. Issues regarding orders will be investigated and refunded. Issues regarding employee misconduct will be investigated and taken seriously. Depending on the situation, disciplinary actions will be put in place including but not limited to; suspension/demotion, fired, verbal warnings, detraction of benefits, etc.
Will my personal information be sold?
Your personal information will NOT be sold. It is against our privacy protection policies. Your information will be used for your orders such as address and location.
How easy is navigating the app and setting it up?
Setting the app up is very easy. You only need to create an account if you haven't yet and let us know where to deliver your groceries to. Additionally, there are also guided tutorials ranging from how to place your order to customizing your notifications, have fun exploring! As always, feel free to call us if you are dealing any technological issues!
How could EZ Fresh benefit our business?
EZ Fresh provides a platform and network for your business to reach a wider audience. We could help promote your business by exposing your supermarket to users that had brought similar products before. Additionally, we would give you data and insight on the success and popularity of different products and discounts to help you with your marketing strategies! Our users could also rate and comment on your supermarket so you could get a sample view of your customers!
How much does it cost to use EZ Fresh?
EZ Fresh takes a 10-15% commission for each purchase. 10% if the purchase was $50 or less and 15% if the purchase is $50+. EZ Fresh's ultimate goal to is support local supermarkets so we try to keep the commission at a lower percentage than others!
What do I need to start using EZ Fresh?
A smart device! Anything that has a camera to scan QR code and internet connect to recieve the customer's order will do!
